Members present via Google Meet: TJ Milford, Cathy Heinz, Dana Bartezko, Jessica Ackerman, Travis Sutterfield, and Jeff Zortman.

Also present via Google Meet: Corri McDowell, Jamie Wetig, and Stephen Wiseman.

ROUTINE ITEMS

1. Call to Order- Milford called the meeting to order at 7:30 a.m.

2. Adoption of Agenda (Action)- Sutterfield moved, seconded by Ackerman, to adopt the agenda as presented. Motion carried 6-0.

REVENUE NEUTRAL RATE

1. USD 225 RNR Resolution (Action)- Milford moved, seconded by Zortman, to accept the RNR Resolution as presented. Motion carried 5-1 (Bartezko).

ADJOURNMENT- Milford moved, seconded by Sutterfield, to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 6-0. 7:37 a.m.
