Special Board Meeting

January 27, 2014   6:00 P.M.

Board Room, located in the Grade School Library

Call to Order:  Tim Milford, President, called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Members present:  Mark Bergkamp, Erica Littlewood, Steve Lundeen, Tim Milford, Marjean Strong, and Stephanie Wells.  Duke Marrs was absent.

Personnel:  Wells moved, Strong seconded to accept the resignation of Dr. Bobbi Williams, Superintendent/Grade School Principal effective June 30, 2014.  Motion carried 6-0.

Adjournment:  A motion by Lundeen, seconded by Bergkamp to adjourn the meeting.  Motion carried 6-0.  Time:  6:07
