Members Present: TJ Milford, Jessica Ackerman, Cathy Heinz, Fred Boyd, Jeff Zortman, and Dana Bartezko. Also present Jamie Wetig, Superintendent via Zoom, and Corri McDowell, Grade School Principal.

 Opening Prayer

1. Call to Order – Milford called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Milford moved, seconded by Bartezko to appoint C. McDowell as clerk for this meeting. Motion carried 6-0.

Boyd moved, seconded by Milford to adopt the agenda with the following addition:

Zortman moved, seconded by Boyd to approve the consent agenda as presented. Motion carried 6-0.

MOTIONS:

I move that the board go into executive session for the purpose of discussing personnel matters for non-elected personnel and that the board return to the open meeting at (insert time) o’clock in this room.

Milford moved, seconded by Bartezko to go into executive session for 10 minutes, board and superintendent. Motion carried 6-0. 8:28 p.m.

Milford moved, seconded by Heinz to go back into executive session for 5 minutes. Motion carried 6-0. (No time recorded)

Milford moved, seconded by Zortman to go back into executive session for 5 minutes. Motion carried 6-0. (No time recorded)

7. ACTION ITEMS
   1. Executive Session Items

Milford moved, seconded by Ackerman to approve a retention bonus for the remaining staff (certified teachers received retention bonus in August 2023). Motion carried 6-0.

8. ADJOURNMENT

Bartezko moved, seconded by Zortman, to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 6-0. 8:42 p.m.
