Regular Board Of Education Meeting
High School Band Room
Friday, December 18, 2015 7:45 p.m.
Call to order: Courtney Wilson, president, called the meeting to order at 8:30 p.m.
Members present: Mark Bergkamp, Richie Dewell, Steve Lundeen, and Courtney Wilson were present. Others present were Tom Dolenz, Superintendent/PK-12 Principal and Brenda Wenta, Clerk.
Recognition of Visitors/Communication:
Approve Agenda: Lundeen moved, seconded by Bergkamp to approve the printed agenda with the addition of elementary secretary. Motion carried 4-0.
Approve Minutes: Lundeen moved, Bergkamp seconded to approve the regular meeting minutes of November 9, 2015. Motion carried 4-0.
Accounts Payable: Dewell moved, seconded by Wilson to approve the accounts payable as presented. Motion carried 4-0.
Elementary secretary: Dewell moved, Wilson seconded to approve Amanda Howard as grade school secretary. Motion carried 4-0.
Adjournment: A motion was made and seconded to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 4-0. Time: 8:40 p.m.
