Special Board Of Education Meeting
Grade School auditorium
Monday, April 25, 2016 7:30 p.m.
Call to order: Courtney Wilson, president, called the meeting to order at 7:48 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Visitors: Kim Copenhaver, Kraig Westhoff
Members present: Mark Bergkamp, Richie Dewell, Tim Milford, Courtney Wilson and Barbara Whitney were present. Erica Littlewood and Steve Lundeen were absent. Others present were Tom Dolenz, Superintendent, Athletic/Activities director; Corri McDowell, K-12 Principal and Brenda Wenta, Clerk.
Discussion of high school football, junior high football and volleyball was held. It was directed that Courtney Wilson and Richie Dewell be present, along with Kraig Westhoff, football coach, to discuss the options with the high school boys.
Adjournment: Milford moved, Whitney seconded to adjourn the meeting.

NOTE: Courtney Wilson, board member, held a meeting with parents to discuss high school and junior high football and volleyball at 6:30 pm. Mark Bergkamp, Richie Dewell, Tim Milford, and Barbara Whitney were also present which constitutes a meeting. That meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.
