USD #225 Board of Education Special Meeting
April 5, 2018, 7 p.m.
Call to order: Barb Whitney, President, called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Pledge of Allegiance was recited and Whitney led in prayer.
Members present: Barb Whitney, Dave Snook, Richie Dewell, Jamie Boese, Fred Boyd, Seth Hageman and Tom Huelskamp were present. Others present Paula Kay Watson, Board Clerk.
Executive Session: A motion was made by Hageman and seconded by Boyd that the board go into executive session at 7:02 p.m. for 45 minutes to discuss personnel matters of nonelected personnel. The session is required to protect the privacy interest of the individuals(s) to be discussed. Motion carried 7-0.
A motion was made by Snook and seconded by Huelskamp that the board, go into executive session at 7:47 p.m. for 20 minutes to discuss personnel matters of nonelected personnel. The session is required to protect the privacy interest of the individuals(s) to be discussed. The Board will return to open session at 8:17 p.m. Motion carried 7-0.
Adjournment: A motion was made by Hageman, seconded by Huelskamp to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 7-0. Time: 8:19 p.m.
