Special Board Meeting
April 28, 2014 6:00 P.M.
5th grade classroom
Call to Order: Tim Milford called the meeting to order at 6:03 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance and prayer.
Members present: Mark Bergkamp, Erica Littlewood, Steve Lundeen, Duke Marrs, Tim Milford, Marjean Strong and Stephanie Wells.
Others present: Dr. Bobbi Williams, Superintendent; Mark Cook, Jr/Sr High Principal; Brenda Wenta, Clerk.
Visitors: Matt Bell, Drew Glenn, Nick Dupuis, Amber Zimmerman, Michele Dewell, Richie Dewell, Decina Heinz, Ashten Clark, Hannah Heinz, Kelly Clark, Steve Clark, Annette Keith, Signe Cook, Cody Keith, Tia Harris, Adam Sobba.
Amber Zimmerman and Tia Harris addressed the board concerning all day kindergarten.
All Day Kindergarten: A motion by Littlewood, seconded by Wells to approve all day Kindergarten for 2014-15 school term. Motion carried 7-0.
Executive Session: Motion by Wells, seconded by Bergkamp to enter into executive session to discuss personnel matters of nonelected personnel in order to protect the privacy interests of the individual(s) to be discussed and that the board return to open session in the board room at 7:10 p.m. Motion carried 7-0. Board Members, Dr. Williams, Mr. Cook were present. The following spoke with the board in 5 minute increments: Steve Clark, Kelly Clark, Ashten Clark, Adam Sobba, Decina Heinz, Hannah Heinz, Michele Dewell, Richie Dewell, Annette Keith, and Cody Keith. Time: 6:16 pm.

Board Members, Dr. Williams, Mr. Cook were present. Time: 7:10

Board Members, Dr. Williams, Mr. Cook were present. Time: 7:40 Adam Sobba entered the room at 7:41.

Board Members, Dr. Williams, Mr. Cook, Adam Sobba were present. Time: 7:50. Adam Sobba left the room at 7:52.
Personnel: Littlewood moved, Strong seconded to advertise for an early childhood position. Motion carried 7-0.
Adjournment: Steve Lundeen moved, Erica Littlewood seconded to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 7-0.
