USD #225 Board of Education Meeting
Special Meeting - December 17th, 2018, 8 a.m.
Call to order: Barb Whitney, President, called the meeting to order at 8:07 a.m. Whitney led in prayer.
Members present: Barb Whitney, Dave Snook, Jamie Boese, Richie Dewell, and Tom Huelskamp were present. Others present were Erica Rarden, Board Clerk.
Fred Boyd joined the meeting at 8:09 a.m.
Recognition of Visitors/Communication: Ed Rarden and Dana (Marjean) Strong
Board Member: Snook moved, seconded by Huelskamp to nominate Ed Rarden to fill the vacant board position. Motion carried 4-2.
Adjournment: A motion was made by Snook, seconded by Dewell to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried 6-0. Time: 8:11 a.m.
